In the app (fastest)
- Open Meso Gym and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. If asked, sign in again first.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@mesogym.com with the subject Delete my Meso Gym account, from the email address you signed in with (for Sign in with Apple, the address Apple shared with us, which may be a private relay address). We confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your Meso Gym account: email address, name and sign-in method (Firebase Authentication).
- Your family records (Cloud Firestore): your membership, any invite codes you created, and the family itself if you organise it. Members of a family you organise lose Pro through that family.
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing from your account is kept after deletion. Feedback or emails you sent us are handled as described in the privacy policy; you can ask us to delete those too.
- Your workouts, plans and history were never in your account. They stay on your phone until you delete the app or its data, so export a backup first if you want to keep them (Settings → Export).
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies.
