Third-Party Video Content
Exercise demo videos are embedded from YouTube and remain the property of their respective creators. Meso Gym does not own, host or endorse this content, and its use is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Creators can ask for a video to be removed by contacting us.
Meso Gym is a progressive training planner. Members subscribe for its programming, set tracking and training tools; demo videos are an optional reference shown alongside each exercise and are not the product. Meso Gym does not scrape or mass-aggregate YouTube content. Each video is individually selected and shown through YouTube's official embedded player, in line with YouTube's API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies, so the original creator keeps their views, attribution and control over their video.
