For clients paying for one-to-one coaching through Meso Gym, and their coaches. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
- You’re paying for one-to-one coaching from your coach. Your coach is independent and isn’t employed by or acting for Meso Gym.
- Coaches give training guidance only, not medical advice. You train at your own risk and should get medical advice before starting or if you’re injured.
- Payments go to your coach through Stripe. You pay only your coach’s price, with nothing added by Meso Gym. Refunds and cancellations are between you and your coach. Your coach is the seller of their coaching and handles disputes and their own taxes. Meso Gym takes no fee or commission from coaching payments and isn’t part of that contract.
- Your coach will see your training data while you’re coached.
- Meso Gym Pro is included while you’re coached. This payment is for the coaching, not for app features.
- You and your coach must follow the Coaching Community Rules. Either of you can report or block the other from the chat.
