Questions From Gym Owners
Is Meso Gym Management Software?
No, and that’s on purpose. Meso Gym doesn’t do memberships, billing, class timetables or door access. It works alongside the gym management software and class booking app you already use and adds what they don’t do: proper training programs for every member.
Do Members Pay Anything?
No. Every member or client on your plan gets full Meso Gym Pro on their own phone or the web, for as long as your plan is active.
Is It A White Label App?
Your gym’s logo and colours appear in every member’s app and on your coaches’ emails. The app itself is Meso Gym on the App Store and Google Play, so there’s no separate app to publish or wait for.
Can Members Train Without A Coach?
Yes. Build It For Me plans a whole block from four questions, and every program adjusts each week from what the member logs. Members who want more can be coached by one of your trainers.
Which Training Goals Does It Cover?
Hypertrophy, Strength and Toning. It’s built for lifting in the gym.
Is There A Free Trial?
Gym plans start straight away with no trial. Try The Demo Gym first: it opens a sample gym with 4 trainers and 16 clients, takes an hour and saves nothing.

We Have Several Gyms. Which Plan Do We Need?
Corporate: £350 a month or £2,100 a year for the first location, plus £175 a month or £1,050 a year for each extra location. Each location is verified and paid into its own Stripe account. Send us the Ask About Corporate form on this page and we’ll set it up with you.
Can I Move Members Between Coaches?
Yes. Move a member to another coach and their history, chat and check-ins move with them.
