In The Gym
The Live Workout Screen
Everything you need mid-session sits on one screen: what to lift, how hard to push, how long to rest and what to do when something doesn't feel right.

Today's Session At A Glance
Open a workout and every exercise is laid out for you: its rep range, this week's reps-in-reserve (RIR) target and how many sets to do. Turn the rest timer on or off, or reorder the exercises with Sort, before you lift a thing.

Log A Set With One Tap
Type the weight and reps, then tick. The first weight you enter fills the sets below it, and from week two each box shows a grey suggestion based on last time. If you did exactly that, just tick.
Short tips explain RIR in plain English the first time you need them, so you push hard enough to grow.

Find Your Starting Weight
Never done an exercise before? How To Choose Your Starting Weight walks you through a quick warm-up ramp of 12, 8 and 4 reps, so your first working set lands in the right rep range. It disappears once you know the exercise.

A Rest Timer That Stays Out Of The Way
Set 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 or 3:00 on each exercise and press Start. The countdown sits above the Finish button with −15s, +15s and Skip, and on your phone it keeps counting with the screen locked. More on the interval timer.

Swap An Exercise In Seconds
Machine taken, or a movement doesn't suit you? Swap lists alternatives for the same muscle, closest movement first. Swap for today only or for the rest of the meso: your sets carry over, and the rep range follows the new exercise.

Flag Joint Pain Without Derailing The Plan
Only when a joint actually hurts, tick Joint Pain and pick a level. The plan adjusts that one exercise:
- Mild: noted in History so you can spot a pattern.
- Moderate: holds the exercise next week instead of progressing.
- Severe: drops a set, lowers the weight and offers a swap straight away.

Notes That Follow The Exercise
Save a reminder such as seat height, grip or a cue. It shows under the exercise name every time it comes up. History shows every past session of that exercise, set by set.
