Training That Adapts
Training That Progresses Itself
You log your sets and answer a few quick questions. Meso Gym plans next week: heavier where you're ready, more sets where you're recovering, and less where you need a break.

Tell It How The Session Went
After each workout, rate the pump and workload for every muscle you trained. Before the next one, it asks how sore you got. Each answer has a one-line description, so there's no guesswork.

A Clear Finish Line
Save the session and Workout Complete shows how many exercises you completed and skipped, a link to your meso stats and your next workout.

See Next Week Before It Happens
Session Saved shows this week against next week for every exercise. Green pills show an added set or a heavier weight. When something holds, a short reason tells you why, such as Performance Dipped.

Effort Builds, Then You Deload
Each week the RIR target drops, so you train a little closer to failure: Build, Push, Peak, then a lighter deload week to recover and start the next meso fresh.
- Weights go up in small steps that suit the equipment.
- Each muscle gains sets gradually, only when your feedback says it's recovering.
- Still sore or overdoing it? Sets come down and the weight holds.
