Invite And Remove Trainers

Add a trainer to your gym with a private invite link, and remove them when they leave.

Step By Step

  1. Open People › Trainers and find the Team card. It shows how many places are left, for example 5 Places Left On Your Gym Plan.
  2. Tap Invite › A Trainer. You get a link that works once and lasts 7 days.
  3. Share, copy or email the link to your trainer.
  4. They open it, sign in with their own Meso Gym account and join your gym.
  5. To remove a trainer, tap Remove Trainer on the Team card. Move their clients to another trainer first, or use the handover.

Good To Know

  • A trainer can belong to one gym at a time. To work for another gym they leave yours first (Leave Gym).
  • Cancel an invite you no longer need from Invites.
  • Studio includes up to 3 trainers and Gym plans 8. Extra trainers are £15 a month each.

How It Works

An invite counts towards your trainer places until it's used or cancelled. When every place is used, the Team card says so and you can remove a trainer or cancel an invite to make room. A trainer who opens a client invite by mistake is told clearly to use the trainer link instead.

Make a new one. Trainer links last 7 days.

Do trainers pay for Meso Gym?

No. They get Meso Gym Pro through your gym's plan.
