What Each Business Plan Includes

Studio, Small Gym, Large Gym and Corporate: what each business plan includes.

Step By Step

  1. Studio: your team (up to 3 trainers), moving clients between trainers and your gym's branding.
  2. Small Gym adds the owner dashboard (Overview), the Manager role, a shared template library and CSV bulk invites of up to 100 rows.
  3. Large Gym adds trainer and client stats, QR check-in at the front desk and client retention.
  4. Corporate adds multi-site views: switch between locations and see totals across every verified location.

Good To Know

  • Small Gym is £180 a month or £1,080 a year for up to 100 members. Large Gym is £260 a month or £1,560 a year for one gym with over 100 members.
  • Corporate is £350 a month or £2,100 a year for the first location, plus £175 a month or £1,050 a year for each extra location. Ask us to set it up.

How It Works

Each plan includes everything on the plans before it. A feature your plan doesn't include shows which plan unlocks it, for example Available On Large Gym, so nothing is hidden. Each Corporate location is checked before it's added, with its own Stripe account.

Common Questions

How does QR check-in work?

On Large Gym, the front desk shows a code that clients scan to check in, once per client per day.

What's in a CSV invite?

A plain spreadsheet with a name and an email on each row.
