Your Account And Pro Access
Your profile photo, notifications, Pro access and account details.
Step By Step
- Open the Account tab.
- Upload a profile photo and choose your notifications.
- Pro Access shows where your Pro comes from (your own plan, Family, or a coach).
- Under Your Account, change your username, password or email.
- If you have a coach, Leave Coach stops coaching; your training history stays with you.
Good To Know
- Download My Data gives you one file with your account, training, and any coaching or payments on this account.
- Open Payments & Receipts for your plan payment history.
How It Works
If you leave a coach, sharing stops, the shared copy is deleted and access through their plan ends. Your own mesos and workouts stay on your phone, and any Family plan or subscription of your own carries on. Delete Account removes your synced data and cancels a website subscription, but not a store subscription.
Common Questions
Will I keep Pro after leaving a coach?
Access through your coach's plan ends. A Family plan or your own subscription carries on.
Can I rejoin a coach later?
Yes, with a new invite or your coach's join link.
In the demo, account changes shows Available In Your Trial.
Clients get this in the app their coach invites them to. Coaches can see it the way a client does with See As Client in Demo PT.
