Sort Exercises

Change the order of your exercises, for example when a machine is busy.

Step By Step

  1. In your workout, tap Sort at the top. It shows when the workout has more than one exercise.
  2. Sort Exercises lists each exercise, with its muscle and sets done.
  3. Drag ☰ to move an exercise, or use the up and down arrows.
  4. Tap Done to save, or Cancel to leave the order as it was.

Good To Know

  • The new order is used for this day in later weeks too.
  • Logged sets stay with their exercise.

How It Works

Sorting doesn't change your sets, weights or progression: it only changes the order. It works with a finger, a mouse or the keyboard arrow keys, and the page never scrolls under your drag. Finished workouts can't be sorted.

Common Questions

Will sorting lose sets I've ticked?

No. Ticked sets move with their exercise.

Can I sort a finished workout?

No. Sort only shows on a workout you haven't finished.
